XB03V(L)O Series Axial Piston Variable Displacement Pump

The XB03V(L)O series of swash-plate-type axial piston variable displacement pumps are primarily used in hydrostatic transmissions within open-circuit hydraulic systems, specifically designed for mobile machinery applications. Flow rate is directly proportional to both drive speed and displacement and can be infinitely variable; multiple compound control options are available. For certain models, an integrated charge pump enables higher pump speeds and facilitates cold starts under low-temperature conditions or when using high-viscosity hydraulic oil. These pumps serve as direct replacements for the imported Bosch Rexroth A11V series axial piston pumps.

TECHNICAL FEATURE

01. The pump operates in automatic refueling mode under tank pressurization or when using the optional built-in refueling pump (impeller).

02. Various control options are available to meet diverse application requirements, featuring short response times and long service life.

03. Through-shaft drive is compatible with gear pumps and axial piston pumps—i.e., 100% through-shaft drive.

04. Compact structural design, lightweight, and low noise.

05. Power control option is externally adjustable—even while the pump is running.

06. Displacement is infinitely adjustable by varying the swashplate angle; output flow is proportional to drive speed.
