R&D capabilities

The company is a nationally recognized high-tech enterprise, possessing a nationally recognized enterprise technology center in the hydraulic industry and a postdoctoral research station, demonstrating strong independent technological research and product development capabilities. The company has participated in the formulation of 29 national and industry product standards and has obtained 162 invention and utility patents. The company’s technology center has established an open operating model, emphasizing the organic integration of industry, academia, and research. It has successively established exchange and cooperation relationships with more than 20 universities, research institutes, and colleges, including Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Taiyuan University of Technology, Beijing Institute of Automation, and Tianjin Institute of Engineering Machinery, continuously innovating and developing in the fields of high-end hydraulic product design and mechatronics control.

Manufacturing capacity

The company has imported more than 100 sets of advanced professional equipment from Europe, America and Japan. It organizes production according to product segments and organically combines modular production with flexible manufacturing, providing a reliable guarantee for the production of various high-end products.

We have introduced advanced international and domestic machining equipment, such as a five-axis linkage milling and turning machining center, a high-precision five-axis vertical machining center, a high-precision grinding machine, a brazing furnace, and a CNC high-speed friction welding machine, to form five specialized production lines for pump bodies, cylinders, shafts, discs, and plungers. All key components of the plunger pump are now manufactured in-house, and the product performance meets the requirements of intelligent high-end mainframes.

We have introduced various equipment, including a professional five-axis linkage flexible machining center, and have production lines for 6-bore and 10-bore solenoid valves, stacked valves, and small-bore multi-way disc valves.

It has a high-precision integrated circuit processing production line to meet the processing and manufacturing needs of high-precision integrated circuits; it also has key equipment such as automatic argon arc welding machines, ultrasonic and high-pressure water cleaning equipment, fully automatic deep hole boring machines, and automatic cleaning airless spraying rooms, which can produce different types of hydraulic systems, hydraulic devices and hydraulic cylinders.

We have introduced two internationally advanced fully automatic static pressure molding lines (sand box sizes of 600×500×200/150 and 900×700×300/250 respectively), and possess various models of automatic cold and hot core shooters, multiple sets of rapid melting medium frequency electric furnaces, and efficient casting cleaning and grinding equipment.

Equipped with advanced domestic equipment such as a controlled atmosphere production line, a pre-vacuum nitriding furnace, a pit furnace, and a medium-frequency quenching machine, it can produce various parts through processes such as normalizing, annealing, tempering, quenching, carburizing, gas nitriding, and phosphating.
