It drives the cutting chain, high-pressure water pump and axial flow pump via hydraulic motors to scour trenches with effective depth and width. Meanwhile, it supplies power to the winch motor on the vessel to realize the retraction and deployment of the hydraulic pipelines of the subsea trencher.
