The XB01VG series of swash-plate-type axial piston variable displacement pumps are designed for closed-circuit hydrostatic transmissions. Flow rate is directly proportional to both the drive speed and displacement, enabling stepless variable control. Multiple control options are available, including manual, hydraulic, and electro-proportional control. These pumps can integrate various hydraulic control valves to prevent overload; customized control configurations are offered according to customer requirements, ensuring a high degree of automation and enabling remote operation. Featuring a through-shaft design, they meet diverse requirements of hydraulic systems. They serve as direct replacements for imported Rexroth A4VG series axial piston pumps.

TECHNICAL FEATURE
01. The built-in charge pump serves as both the supply and control pump, with the maximum charge pressure limited by the built-in charge relief valve.
02. The relief valve also functions as a charge valve; a built-in pressure cut-off valve is standard.
03. Two relief valves are installed on each high-pressure side to prevent overloading of the hydrostatic transmission (pump and motor).
04. A variety of highly compatible control devices provide diverse control and regulation functions.
05. Output flow increases continuously from zero to its maximum value as the swashplate angle varies.
06. Flow is proportional to both drive speed and displacement and can be infinitely adjusted.
