Hydraulic systems for hot strip mills are widely used in equipment for producing hot-rolled coils, including high-pressure water descaling, rough rolling, finish rolling, laminar cooling, coiling, and transport chains, as well as in hot rolling equipment for bars, wires, and structural sections. Relying on major equipment manufacturers such as China First Heavy Industries, China Second Heavy Industries, and Ansteel Design Institute, Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Yulin Hydraulic Co., Ltd. has successfully designed and manufactured dozens of complete hydraulic systems for hot strip mills—including China’s first domestically integrated 1700 mm hot strip mill for Ansteel—as well as hydraulic systems for bar, wire, and structural section hot rolling lines. TECHNICAL FEATURES
Roughing AWC width control, finishing AGC thickness control, and coiler AJC step control employ electro-hydraulic servo control technology to effectively regulate transverse width and longitudinal thickness tolerances of steel strip, ensuring high-quality finished products with excellent surface finish.
