The IHI-WM series hydraulic motors feature high pressure, low speed, and high torque, with stepped variable displacement. Comprising a motor body and a controller, a single motor serves as an actuator capable of various control functions. The motor body consists primarily of front and rear housing assemblies, spool assemblies, etc., while the controller is a cartridge-integrated system comprising safety valves, cushioning valves, and other components. This design offers a compact structure, low fluid-flow damping, convenient maintenance, high integration, and ease of modification.

TECHNICAL FEATURE
01. The control section can replace the receiver and enable simple hydraulic remote control via connection with the transmitter.
02. A series-circuit system configuration is possible: the drive pressure for the downstream motor serves as backpressure for the upstream motor, enabling straightforward and flexible system circuit design without structural constraints.
03. Wide speed control range—from low to high speeds—with stepless adjustment capability.
04. Precise braking characteristics: during braking of travel drives and lifting mechanisms, the motor shaft—whether rotating or not—can function as a pump to deliver stable, accurate hydraulic braking.
05. Excellent starting characteristics: low static friction at startup yields starting torque nearly equal to that during rotation.
06. High rotational responsiveness and superior low-speed performance: mechanical efficiency remains high across the full speed range (from zero to maximum speed), and torque variation is minimally affected by speed changes.
07. Two- to three-step speed switching is supported; torque conversion is convenient, enabling effective utilization of pump power, reduction of pump capacity, and lower overall system cost.
08. Lightweight and compact design with high power-to-weight ratio.
