This series of vane pumps features excellent flow-versus-speed characteristics. An integrated flow control valve ensures constant pump output flow as the engine speed increases from medium to high. An integrated safety valve prevents hydraulic system overload, with adjustable pressure settings. These pumps are widely used in power steering systems of various light-, medium-, and heavy-duty trucks as well as passenger vehicles.
The YBZ2 Series vane steering pump offers a broad range of displacement, controlled-flow, pressure, and interface combinations. It can be matched according to vehicle steering load, engine speed, and available installation space.
The pump integrates flow regulation and pressure protection and provides multiple drive-gear, spline, port, and rotation options, making it suitable for multi-platform vehicle integration and special-purpose vehicle development.
